Question re: home-made Ice ta with Lemon juice
Hi guys, and thanks to everyone who got back to me yesterday re: sald dresing with protein powder.
Another question, I have noticed that I feel jittery some afternoons when I have drunken home-made Ice tea (with lemon juice, not sugar). I stopped putting in lemon juice, as after reading the book, I assumed that the lemon just turned the drink into sugar water. Is this even correct? I have noticed that I don't get jittery in the afternoons any more. Do you think the sugar of the lemon juice - around two lemons a day - would make that much of a difference?
