Besides being really big on potatoes, a great many RR folks are solid shakers
I look forward to my morning shake - almond milk, protein powder (Restore from the RR store), "All One" vitamin powder (from the RR store), and banana. Sometimes when I am out of banana I used Sprout baby food packets of oatmeal and apple or sweet potato and white beans - yum! On the side I have a bowl of oatmeal from the store with Frontier flavorings from (guess where?).
If you join the step one list you will get many ideas for wonderful shakes that you can make in the morning. And I swear, I have never once barfed after drinking shake.
