Oh please, no barfing :s10( :h6) Besides being really big on potatoes, a great many RR folks are solid shakers :h19)

I look forward to my morning shake - almond milk, protein powder (Restore from the RR store), "All One" vitamin powder (from the RR store), and banana. Sometimes when I am out of banana I used Sprout baby food packets of oatmeal and apple or sweet potato and white beans - yum! On the side I have a bowl of oatmeal from the store with Frontier flavorings from (guess where?). :h3)

If you join the step one list you will get many ideas for wonderful shakes that you can make in the morning. :h4) And I swear, I have never once barfed after drinking shake. :h11)
