Hi Kathleen,
Your post made me giggle. Even after many years on this program, I don't think I could
handle chicken for breakfast either. Protein powder is totally fine. Many of us have shakes
every day for breakfast and they work great. I think it's things like milk that don't count,
because they don't hold us. It's possible to LOVE breakfast, and that's the idea here.
