Sleep problems
Hi, I bought a copy of the Sugar Addicts book some time ago and am now working on Step 3.
In reading the book, I thought maybe this serotonin thing has to do with my sleep problems.
I have terrible insomnia, trouble getting to sleep, waking up very often throughout the night, sometimes waking up early and not being able to get back to sleep.
I'm sleep deprived most of the time, I think. I wake up tired and am pretty much tired all day.
I am not on any prescription medications at this time.
I am interested in other's experiences or opinions as to whether "doing the food" may help me with my sleep problems.
