Hi Anna
As far as I know, not being able to follow through on things is a major trait of sugar sensitive people. I was certainly that way. We tend to set ourselves too high targets on things (I used to lay awake at night promising myself all the new projects I would start the next day, and then never even started them) and when we can't achieve the massively unrealistic targets, we give up completely. Doing the steps we learn to not ask too much of ourselves and start things, and do a little at a time, and no more. We get a sense of achievement that way and can carry on with it without thinking we are no good if we can't do it all at once, lol.
Hope that helps
Love
Jane

: Hi Anna
: I used to always start projects and
: then not complete them. And I was
: always coming up with plans to
: change things in my life. I was
: great at making plans, but I never
: managed to carry them out. That
: has gotten much better since doing
: the food, and I also have learned
: how to make changes in small
: increments instead of trying to do
: everything at once. It works much
: better.
