Hi Colette, thanks for the reply...it's funny because before finding out about the sugar thing I started eating breakfast this year! It was such a big change for me, I've also lost a lot of weight this year which is great :) At the moment I have porridge oats with fruit, so like blueberries and raspberries. I am a real breakfast convert...I guess it's the protein bit that I'm a bit nervous about. I think it's mainly the time factor, I need something that's really quick to prepare and I don't really fancy cooking before work. I guess I'll re-read step one and look at the suggestions.
So wow, you've been doing this for 11 years, that's amazing. Has it helped with your mood? It's so great to hear all the positives.
Thanks You :)
: Hi AE,
: I wouldn't worry about finishing the
: book. All you need to do is start
: with breakfast, step 1, and it
: will begin to lay a great
: foundation for you! If any part of
: breakfast feels daunting, just do
: the easiest thing first! There's 4
: parts to breakfast: having enough
: protein for your special body,
: having a complex carb, eating
: within the hour, and eating every
: day. What sounds do-able to you?
: I've been amazed by this program. All
: those worries and doubts fell by
: the wayside. I've been doing this
: since 2001, and am very, very
: thankful!
: Let us know about breakfast!
