Back to breakfast 1/14

So it is back to breakfast - breakfast first thing when I wake - not after I get to work (which lately has resulted in no breakfast at all). Wanting to do a 14 day check in.

Day one - Protein shake - with restore, banana and peanut butter. Mashed potatoes with skin for my brown.

Got most of it eaten but my body was rebelling. Felt ill for about 30 minutes after I ate. But did have a good morning.
