Oh yes, my mood has definitely changed! I am much more calm now...I used to be very volatile. It frightened me at times, and I know it scared my children. The darkness and sickness that I experienced is gone. Life feels more clear, bright, and joyful. It is not always easy, but I don't feel so out of control emotionally anymore.
Have you tried protein shake for breakfast. That's what I started with when I first began the program. Shakes are quick, easy, and you can make them the way you like them. I used fruit juice and fruit in my shake originally!
