Good job. I do a shake about 3 mornings a week. This morning I had spinach, 1/2 peach and some grated carrots. It was really good. I put my brown in shake (oats that I soak overnight in almond milk, makes it easier for me to digest). All drinking and easier, fast too for busy mornings. :h4)

So it is back to breakfast -
: breakfast first thing when I wake
: - not after I get to work (which

: Day one - Protein shake - with
: restore, banana and peanut butter.
: Mashed potatoes with skin for my
: brown.

: Got most of it eaten but my body was
: rebelling. Felt ill for about 30
: minutes after I ate. But did have
: a good morning.
