Thank you for the encouraging reply. (This was my first time sending a message on an online forum --- until now I've only done e-mails to family.)
I hope I'm doing this correctly.
I will continue with the food plan and hope it helps the sleep. My major problem at this time with the food is a very low income, which makes it hard to buy enough protein. So I can't afford to take the class on naps and sleep.
