My work at the gym has been such a revelation to me. You're right, it can help us feel better than we ever have. I've pretty much avoided exercise all my life. And the endorphins are almost a miracle to me. And the increased energy!! I think the return on exercise far outweighs the time and effort it takes. Glad you're walking.
