When I first started this program I loved all the protein I could have, my body really craved it. At some point I noticed that I didn't want as much protein, my meals seemed too big.
I cut back to the smaller amount of protein and that was about the same time I wanted to add a lot more vegetables. I think vegetables are miracle foods, I just feel so much better when I eat a lot of them.
But the vegetables started crowding out the protein and carb and it has become hard to know what the right balance is.
And really I just don't seem to want as much food in general these days. What do I do about this? Do I just eat the amount my body wants now that sugar doesn't constantly run my life? I've never trusted my body to tell me how much to eat.
Anybody have any experience with this?
