Yes, I'm aware too of the SSRI effect and that affects me as well, since I take Zoloft for depression (though my doc did tell me to cut back to every other day on that while taking the Tramadol). So that's another reason I think it would be wise to work with you on this -- you know a lot about all that stuff and how it all affects us SS folks.
