I looked over the consultation options, but I'm not quite sure which one to choose. I don't know if what I'm asking would involve more time/work than just an email check-in. Do you have any advice on that? Would the short consultation (or even the hour-long one, for that matter, if it's best) be better for what it is involved? Thanks so much.
