a similar experience - though mine has been connected with my YLD work, so therefore maybe more planned.
I started off with a lot of protein and in fact rather over did it Having the structure of the steps ( and a word from Kathleen
) calmed that one down, and lately I have been doing the 0.4 calculation rather than the 0.6 for protein.

I think thats a great point. I never could work out what was what But thats where getting to live with my journal through time has got to be interesting. I used to think that a sign would pop up saying 'full! enough!' but I think my body is far more subtle
and its been listening for that nuance that is helpful. So I listen for alert, awake, tired, energy, sleep quality.. happy.
oh and also the understanding that I will promise my body I will listen inbetween as well in case of planned snacks
I used to switch off inbetween regardless of whatever activity I was doing. Learning I have delicious food available for whenever I need it has been something very freeing.
