Thank you, Camille. And please don't feel bad for one minute that you didn't realize I was having the surgeries. I haven't been active on the forum for quite a while, so it's not like you would expect to see me here. I had a question weeks ago about how to prepare for my first surgery (removal of a cyst and one ovary) because I knew Vicki had written a detailed account of what helped her. At that time, I had forgotten that you had too, but I do remember now how well-prepared you were for yours as well.

Both surgeries went very well (the second was to fix the herniated disc). It was a little rough afterward, but now I'm doing very well. Kathleen helped me immensely, through a consultation I had with her last week. I'm going to post here about that next. I'm just now getting caught up with things on my "to-do" list, and that's one of them.

I also plan to be more present here, just as soon as I get back to a more balanced life. As you can imagine, I got a bit behind on my job work with all the health issues going on, so I've been concentrating on that, but I'm almost caught up there too.

Most importantly, I am finally pain-free and feeling more like myself! Thanks for your good wishes.
