Hi Coreen,
When you log in, be sure you don't use any capital letters in the username or password. Also, be sure you don't have caps lock on.

We won't post the actual password here, so leave that out. I know you have it right, other than you had it capitalized.

If that doesn't help, could you tell me more details of what you are doing and what's happening?
