Kitty asked me to post this message about delays in receiving Yahoo group posts in your email inbox after signing up. (Just in case others are experiencing the same delays.)

I signed up for two YLD Yahoo groups last Monday afternoon and received my confirmation/welcome emails shortly thereafter. That evening I sent an introductory email to the YLD Foundation group. The next morning I didn't have any replies in my email inbox, although when I went to the Yahoo groups page, there were two new emails that had been posted since I had written the previous evening. I was wondering why I hadn't received them in my inbox...and if I always had to access the group page to get the emails. I double checked to make sure that I signed up to receive the individual emails instead of just the daily digest. I had. And I did eventually start receiving the posts. It took from about 4:00 one afternoon to about noon the next day to start receiving them. And it sounds like that is a normal delay. So I guess the moral of the story is, be patient, the mail will come!
