Re: listing preference
In Response To: listing preference ()

Bev,
The technical forum is for people to ask computer-related technical questions that have to do specifically with the Radiant Recovery on-line support. So, questions such as you asked or, for example, if they have a problem signing up for one of the on-line groups through Yahoo groups. The Community Forum is for people to discuss the actual food program.

While they use the same type of software, what you post on the technical forum will only show up here, and what you post on the community forum will only show up on the community forum.

There are many ways to display the forums. Reversed threaded is just one of them. You can see the different options (with a brief description) by clicking Set Preferences. The purpose of the Reversed Threaded listing is you can follow *one* conversation (thread) at a time. "Reversed" means the most recent show up at the top of the list, so you can more easily spot the new ones if you are following a thread. You can tell when each item was posted by looking at the date and time. The original one shows up at the top so one can see how the conversation started.

Hope that helps,

Kitty
