I know the community forum is for the total radiant recovery community and the YLD forum is for those who have joined YLD.

There are two lists within YLD Online that I'm interested in using right now. One is YLDMain and the YLDFoundation. Are messages posted in one seen by the other? How does one get to the place of posting a message in YLDMain or YLDFoundation specifically? Let's say I'm starting from opening the radiantrecovery website off my favorites list. Please list steps to posting a message on YLDMain and YLDFoundation.
