I'd be interested to have Gretel send me a forwarded email in the usual way and with it set to convert to text. I guess the real question is what are the people on the Macs using for an email client and what is the formatting that the program is using? It seems to not be HTML. Maybe it is similar to Word formatting.

I think Outlook can be set to use Word to format emails. Then again, maybe the problem lies in what the original email was written in. If Gretel has solved it by using text only for forwarding, then that sounds like the solution. It really falls upon the person sending the email to make sure that the recipient can read it and not the other way around.

Still, I'm curious to see if what the formatting is that is causing the problem. Funny that it can be viewed at yahoo. Yahoo may convert it to text? or simple html?
