Hi Radmom,
There are several options that you can do. One would be to set the yahoo groups you are on to special notices and just read the group online.

The second one would be to filter your mail into seperate email boxes and delete as you read the email.

I think the first option probably would work better for you since you can pick and chose which emails you want to read and you won't have to delete them from your email box plus your mailbox will not overflow if you miss a day.
