Yes, clicking on the sender's email will send it to the individual. To send email to the list when you are reading your lists online click on the Subject line and the post will open into another window. In the upper right hand corner you will see two buttons, one for reply and the other one says forward. Click on the reply button and type your message and it will go to the list.

To declutter a message, just highlight the part you want to delete and hit the delete key. That is all there is to it.
