If you are getting the digest and you want to reply to a message, here's what to do.

1 - Choose "Reply" - this will send a reply to the list
2 - Change the subject so it's relevant
3 - Clean out the extra stuff like Eva mentioned - clean out everything that isn't relevant to your post.
