Jean, none of us have figured this out yet. Several of us use Mozilla Firefox, but for some of us the "New" indicator shows up right and for others it doesn't. You may have reached beyond the level of expertise of any of us volunteers. Sorry about that.

If it's causing an issue you may want to try using the reverse chronological display, and keep track of the last date you checked the forum.

And if you figure it out I'm sure we'd all like to know.
