Margaret, the email address you use has to be a valid email address. The message you're getting looks like one I get when I send to an email address that doesn't exist. Can you actually send email to healthie@verizon.net? It looks to me like that's no a valid address.

If you want to add an email address to your verizon account, you will have to contact Verizon.
