Basically what that means is people have to make that change in their own email account.

How to do that will vary widely with what people are using for email. So if they have the email program you are using it will work just like you describe. Which one are you using?

If they use Outlook (as opposed to Outlook Express) it will work differently, as it will also be different with Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, and all the myriad other mail systems out there. But bottom line, you've helped us identify that it's in the individual person's email setup and not anything to do with Yahoo Groups or the list and not something the moderator can change.
