I don't know if you can help me with this, but even though my email service shows Kathleen on the "trusted senders" list, it always sends messages from her straight to the Delete file.

I'm not particularly computer-savvy, so I know I didn't try anything on purpose to make this happen. I wonder if I did something by accident?

Any suggestions?
