Since email programs and spam filters all work differently, I probably can't be a lot of help.

I will give one suggestion but I have NO idea whether it would work. Try going to one of those messages as it is listed in the deleted folder, using your mouse to put your cursor over it, and clicking the RIGHT mouse button. There's a chance that a little menu will pop up with a choice in it that you could chooose specifically not to block messages from her.

Like I say that is a wild guess of something to try. If that doesn't help, I suggest you contact whoever you have access to who might be able to help you with your specific program, or if there is someone like a friend or family member who might have helped you set up your email or computer originally, they might be able to figure it out.
