This may or may not be a dumb question. . .

I signed up for radiant fitness but had to unsubscribe because I was getting flooded with emails to my mobile email address (same as above). Did I make a mistake on setting some preference?

Previously I only got emails when I was doing the "Using the Rescources in the Community" class, which was OK and what I wanted.

Can I subscribe to a list and simply look it up on the web, without getting all the emails? Ie, exactly as I am doing right now, and exactly the way I do it on the community forumn? How do I do it? Is there a preference setting for this?

For radiant fitness I was able to go to a "yahoo" format forumn, as opposed to the forumn format I am at now or the community forumn. Can you give me an idea of what I don't understand here?

Should I be accessing these forumns only from the "Welcome to the online community" web page?
