Definitions of NMI, LOL, etc.

Hi Kitty,

Someone e-mailed me to ask me what NMI, LOL and BF meant.
I recall a link that used to be at the top of the Forum page.
Is there any way to access that page of "How to use the Forum"
now? It not only included all the mysterious abbreviations, but
also had instructions for typing the emoticons.
