I've looked around and don't see any other way to do this other than to re-subscribe to all your lists using the new profile. If you were just changing your email address you could do it without re-subscribing but Yahoo ID is a different story.

And yes, it will affect your YLD membership. When you are re-subscribing to YLD, the moderator will have to look you up in the database again to approve your membership.

I will just comment that my Yahoo ID is kittymorel (my full name) and I've never encountered a privacy issue in the 9 years I've had that ID. The only people who see it are Radiant Recovery participants.
