I think you are really talking about refreshing your browser. In your browswer there is an option to re-load the current page. The icon at the top of your browswer looks like two arrows going around in a clockwise circle. Clicking on that should load the latest version of the page.

It also helps with a lot of things to close all your windows and reboot your computer.
