I assume you mean you signed up for YLD.

Go to the link: http://www.radiantrecovery.com/YLD/

It will ask for your user ID and password. You would have been sent those when you joined YLD and hopefully you kept them handy.

Once you get to the page, scroll down to the section that says Chat. There's a link you can click on for some more information. Read the information on that page, it should explain it all!!
