Why don't you let me know what type of computer you have (e.g. PC or Mac) and what version of the operating system. I can't guarantee we'd have any inspirations but the more information, the better.

Also, when you got into the chat and you say your name wasnt' appearing on the list, could you describe that in a little more detail? Did you see other peoples' names on the list? For example Kathleen's (radiantkd) Just checking about whether you were in the right room.

Also, you do have the YLD passwords, right?
