Haven't got any ideas from the tech team yet but I had another idea.

Since you upgraded Netscape, I wonder if some of the security settings in your Netscape browser need to be tweaked. I have often found this to be true with Mozilla and IE, the two browsers I use. Poke around and see if the security settings are maybe set to high. If there is a "trusted sites" list, be sure and add radiantrecovery.com to it.
