You are not going to believe this (or maybe you are) but my format is back to its old self now! I feel so silly. I had to look back at an earlier message to be sure I hadn't been seeing things but, there it was, the format did change and then it changed back again. I have not touched any settings to my knowledge.
So,should we close this case for now and I'll write again if it happens again?
