Usually the way the name shows up in email is how it was set up in your email setup on your computer. For example, when I set up the account on my computer, I happened to put in my full name. When I send an email to anyone (a person, or a list), the name that displays is what is sent in my email.

To change that, you would have to go into your email program on your computer and change it, and then it would be like that for all the email you send out.

Another option is you could set up another type of email account, say through gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail, and set it up differently than your regular mail, and use that account for your lists. The down side is you have to remember to check that online. By the way, I do this, and I happen to like gmail.
