What happens is when you post something to the Community Forum, it goes into a holding bin to be approved. The forum is "moderated" which means that all posts are reviewed and approved by Kathleen (or one of her senior helpers).

Typically, the posts are reviewed and approved 1 to 3 times a day. So, what you are seeing is pretty typical. All is well
