Ann, this is the only tech site that I know of and you have connected here.

As for the YLD site we need a step by step description of what you are doing and what is happening. If you go to http://www.radiantrecovery.com put your mouse over Resource Center, and then click YLD members, then the window should pop up to allow you to type in the user name and password.

If you tell me what you are dong and what happens, maybe we can figure out what is going on.
