When you put in your name is it your full name or just your first name? Is it case sensitive? I don't have my java problem fixed yet. I've tried chatting on a public library computer. I got past the first log on as mentioned in the email. But I don't know if I put in my name correctly. As the computer refused to log me on to the chat session.
