Sharon, when you put your name in it doesn't matter what you put in and it doesn't matter about the capitals. It's only the name that will show up in chat so people know who you are. It is not tied to a user ID or password.

You could put in Sharon, Sharon D, sharon, or whatever you want. We just request you put in something so the people chatting know who you actually are. The name you put in this particular window shouldn't have anything to do with whether you can get into chat. Don't put a password in at this point.

I don't know why the computer wouldn't log you in but it sounds like the library computer might not be set up right. I don't know how computers at libraries work but I have to wonder if there's really anything you can do about a computer that's set up and maintained by the library.
