When I click on the link from your post, it works and takes me right to a PDF document with chat transcripts from 2003. I don't know what to tell you if you are getting "Not Found".

I am shooting in the dark here but here are a couple suggestions:
1 - do you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer? That is needed to read PDF format documents, which this is

2 - OK a real shot in the dark. Close all browser windows on your computer, open a new window, and try that link again

3 - be sure that radiantrecovery.com is listed as a "trusted site" in your browser

I'm not sure if any of these will work but it's all I can think of.

Also if you are a YLD member, all the most recent chat transcripts are posted in the Files section of the YLD email group.
