Lindsay,
this is a personal option, not a list option. I'm pretty sure the following will work but if it does not, then I don't know the answer.

For each of your lists, go to the web page for that list. Then click "Edit Membership" (near upper left). (There is a link to the web page for each list at the bottom of each email from that list.)

Once the next page comes up, scroll down to item 3 and click Fully Featured. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".

You will need to do this for each of your lists.
