Margaret,
The reason that name shows up is that it's actually how your email is set up. So, probably when you set up your email account, you (or whoever set it up) put in Margaret Taylor as the name. That means that whoever you send email to, it says it's from Margaret Taylor, and that includes if you send to a Yahoo list. It is not something that Yahoo does or that you can change in Yahoo!Groups, unless you want to create a completely different email address for the Yahoo lists.

The down side of creating a new email address for lists is that you then have to remember to read the mail from that email address which would normally be at a different place than you are used to checking your email. If you wanted to do that, there are lots of places you can get a free email address. A couple of them are gmail.com, yahoo.com, or hotmail.com.
