On your other question, are you saying you actually want to change your Yahoo ID?

If you just want to change your name, you should be able to go to http://groups.yahoo.com and click on My Account (you will probably have to log in at some point).

The next page that comes up is Review My Account Information.

Scroll down the page, and to the right of Address and Contact Information, click Edit.

That's where you can change your name. Once you are done, be sure and scroll down and click Finished.

Now, if you really want to change your Yahoo ID, I'm actually not sure how to do that. I know you can create a new Yahoo ID altogether and then sign up under that. I believe it will still let you use the same email address but not absolutely sure.

When I was just now in the the Review My Account Information page, I noticed a link on the right that said Edit/Create Aliases. When I clicked on it, it said "Manage aliases which are used to mask your Yahoo! ID in places like Yahoo! Messenger and Yahoo! Message Boards. Create an alias like "free2rhyme" or "dairyman88"."

I'm not sure if that's the kind of thing you are looking for but I wanted to point that out, because it might be simpler than actually changing your Yahoo ID.
