Lindsey,
If you look at an email from one of the lists and scroll down toward the bottom, you should see a message with a link to click on to get yourself off the list. It will take you to the Yahoo page and you will probably have to log in, so hopefully you have your Yahoo ID and password.

Another way is to go to http://groups.yahoo.com (you will have to log in). Click on the group you want to get off of, click Edit Membership, and follow the directions. Don't forget to click Save Changes.

If those don't work, tell me what groups you're on.
