In terms of your name showing up in your emails, that is determined by your email setup in your email program. The only way to change that is to go into your email program and change how your name is shown. It's different for each email program, but try going in to account options or email setup, and see what you can find.

You might want to ask around friends and family to see if anyone can help you with some of the setup things on your computer. Since computers and programs are so different, we can't usually do much to help people with their own computer setup, other then very general suggestions.
