Lucy, you are a member of the group. It says you joined Jul 8, 2008, and you are set to receive Individual Emails.

I have changed your options to not get the emails.

If you want to leave the group, go to http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/radiantsteptwo/join and click "Leave Group", and then click "Leave Group" again on the next window that comes up.
