It probably has something to do with the email server of your Internet provider.

First I would recommend you shut down all your programs and reboot your computer if you haven't already tried that. Then, if you still get the message, call your Internet provider and tell them you keep getting the same email over and over. If no one else on the list is getting it, then it's not something Kathleen or yahoo is sending over and over.
